Job Description:

HR Manager

Salary: $5k to $7k (basic), 1 month AWS and performance bonus (subject to performance)

Job duties:

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Administer payroll accurately using Timesoft or similar system.
  • Manage high-volume recruitment for blue-collar roles such as drivers, technicians, and warehouse personnel.
  • Monitor foreign worker quotas and manage work pass (WP/S Pass/ EP) applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Partner closely with management on hiring for senior and leadership positions.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation, including MOM, CPF, IRAS, TAFEP guidelines, and SkillsFuture enterprise credit.
  • Organise and coordinate company events, festive gatherings and corporate functions for approximately 50-100 employees.
  • Support continuous improvement of HR processes and implement HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency
  • Monthly visits to customer-sites and factory-floor.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience independently managing the full spectrum of HR functions within a Singapore SME of approximately 40–150 employees.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment practices and legislation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills
  • Strong communication skills and able to manage employee matters with tact, empathy, and professionalism while fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and able to adapt new HR systems.
