Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Take ownership and manage an assigned kitchen section to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, standards, and specifications.
- Ensure all dishes meet quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards within the assigned workstation.
- Train, guide, and support junior kitchen staff to improve skills and performance.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to food quality and presentation
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as required.
