Business Development Executive
Job Description:
Job responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new business opportunities in various sectors.
- Prepare proposals, quotation, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Conduct market research on potential clients and market trends.
- Support recruitment and work pass matters, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and application assistance.
- Coordinate with clients on their staffing requirements.
- Ensure adherence to Singapore employment regulations.
- Work closely with internal teams to support smooth execution of recruitment and business development activities.
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director, such as preparing meeting notes and managing follow-ups.
- Assist in internal meetings and company activities.
- Handle documents and information with discretion.
Requirements:
- Keen interest in driving business growth within the HR sector.
- Prior experience in recruitment, sales support, or administrative support is advantageous.
- Strong business acumen, sales driven and self driven.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with Singapore manpower and employment regulations is a plus.
Location: Hybrid
Working hours:
9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday
