Operations Executive (Retail/FMCG)

A fast-growing company specialising in the distribution and retail of premium baby products such as baby food, snacks, and personal care.

Salary: $2000 - $2800

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and arrange logistics activities, including deliveries and collection schedules.
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, ensuring timely stock replenishment.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory reconciliation.
• Oversee retail stores operations to ensure smooth business operations.
• Assist with merchandising, stock transfers, and product availability across stores.
• Attend to customer enquiries and provide prompt, professional customer service.
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare basic inventory and operational reports.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Company.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in logistics, inventory control, retail operations, or customer service is an advantage.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
